    No cover charge at Juan's

Ok, the last two times I was at Juan's (last night and a couple of weeks ago on a Friday) there was no cover charge but there was a DJ and dancing from 9:30 on. Last night there were 3 couples the DJ and a couple of other people dancing. The floor could use some refinishing though.

The floor is going to be refinished Sunday-Tuesday!  I really like Juan's and this will make it a lot more fun to dance there.  With Latin Soul (Arif and Lori) providing the music, and Juan the ambiance this can be a fun place. I won't get to try out the new floor this coming Friday, but am looking forward to trying it the following week.

Hi Jennie, the address for Juan's is 7-232 8 Avenue SW it is just beside the Scotia bank near 2nd street and the entrance takes you down a flight of stairs to 2 restaurants, Juan's is the one on the right. It is on the north side of the Stephen avenue mall.

Last time I was there I was told they were switching to have salsa on Saturday nights and it was more Reggaeton on Friday's but honestly I don't know where things are at now.

    Jim
